GLASGOW, Ore--Lane County Home improvement Show kicked on Friday.

Because of the real estate market remains soft, many people who hold homes are upgrade instead of trading and settlement.

Completed with suppliers of their displays before opening the doors.

"Our remodelers are wider gang-busters, and in fact this week in particular, they you've said, we are so busy, we don't have time to do show, Karen Ramus, Lane County Home improvement Manager.

But you have to go to the show and it did not happen one better.

Remodelers that many homes are selected now to fix their homes rather than to sell them.

"Is 80% to 100%, return on investments in the landscaping. This is a great way to put money in your home and when you are ready to sell," said Karin Gardner, Edin design & landscape.

Soft real estate market has not been acquired for resale.

Ramus says national trends shows more and more people are to our homes not only as a matter of personal taste, but as a hedge to the market the shapes or fixing while banks loosen their rules on the granting of loans.

"Dealing with banks there, things have changed dramatically, making it much more difficult for especially young home owners to get in and buy a home," said Brian Leroy, design consultant reality homes.

Leroy said they actually have benefited because they are custom-build homes, 833 square feet, a small, which is suprisingly affordable.
